I was disappointed to see that you were unhappy with the breakfast and conference area. We serve all items as required by the brand and offer a variety of options from cereals to breads to hot items. Our communal table offers an area for business needs, with charging ports and we do have a printing station in the lobby. I do apologize if that was not explained. There is also a meeting room available for conferences. We hope that if you are in the area again that you will consider checking out these options. Safe Travels.

I am sorry Expedia's cancellation policy was an issue for this reservation, this is unfortunately the downside of booking a pre-paid reservation as you do not pay the hotel directly, so they are limited to whatever policy was agreed to at the time of booking. Have a nice day.
