They upgraded us to a bigger room with a king bed and a pullout couch because they overbooked queen/double bed rooms. The pull out bed was horribly uncomfortable so 2 adults and 1 teenager slept in king bed. The king bed was great, room had microwave and very cold fridge.

Adequate hotel for short stay

I called ahead of time to ask that’s rollaway be placed in my room. Nikki was fabulous and told me the bed would be waiting in my room when I got there. Check in was a breeze. I was given a sheet detailing my stay. The first thing that stood out was how it said “rollaway requested” because it was in bold. I thought to myself, great job Holiday Inn. The problem was I got to my room and the rollaway wasn’t there. The lady at check in did not bring it up. Anyway it’s not a huge deal but I would assume that would be the responsibility of the front desk to ensure they take a brief look at the notes and let guests know that if they requested something but don’t find it, to let them know. The room is standard but a tight squeeze for a family of five. The room was very dusty and there were hairs in the shower. There were 2 bath towels and 3 hand towels for 5 people. Loved the Keurig in the room but was given 2 pods, 1 cup, and no sugar or creamer packets. Had I not arrived at 9pm at night and leaving the next morning, I would have discussed it with the staff. The point is it would be great if the room was prepped appropriately for the number of guests so people don’t have added homework once they arrive. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Everything was well stocked and the selection was good. The seating area is very small though for a large hotel. It was my first trip to Medford but not my last. i will check out other hotels before trying this one again.

Good place close to hwy

Nice hotel in good location

Pros: Clean, comfortable, quiet, great Wi-Fi, nice indoor pool
Cons: The breakfast buffet was not very good and not replenished often enough when trays were empty.
Location: The hotel is close to shopping and a Fred Meyer store.
We booked this hotel for a one night stay for an event we were attending in Medford. The hotel was a bit hard to find even though we thought we were following the google map directions. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and large, with all the expected amenities, including a Keurig coffee-maker, refrigerator, microwave, large flat screen TV. The bathroom was large and well-lit. Wi-Fi was excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There is a nice indoor pool. We were disappointed with the complimentary breakfast, though. The scrambled eggs were dry and sections were hard. The egg white omeletes that were brought out to replenish the empty tray were cold, as if they had been refrigerated. There were no waffles, and the pancake machine was out of order. Given that a good breakfast was one of the reasons we had chosen this hotel over others, it was a surprise that it wasn't.
