Great place to stay for the price.
Love the decor at the hotel for the holidays. Have stayed here for years now due to the spacious rooms and especially the last couple of years when I have had to use a whhelchair/scooter chair. It was all good during this stay till the the vent in the bathroom ceiling fell out and right onto my head while I was at the sink getting ready. Luckily it was hard plastic and not metal. I did get knocked pretty good but not enough to go to the hospital, just gave me a headache for awhile. I did take a picture and report it to the front desk and showed them when I checked out. They were pretty surprised but expressed that they were glad I was not seriously hurt. It did make a good story to tell our friends and family that we met up with later. I will stay here again but will be watchful in the bathroom. Also, it would be good for someone to sit in the handicapped accessible shower and see how difficult it is to reach the wall mounted soap and shampoo unless you have arms like a monkey. It would be nicer if they were mounted lower and possibly find a way to make them closer to the bench in the shower. Other than that we really like staying at the Homewood Suites when we come over from Klamath Falls.

Very clean, we stayed 3 nights Saturday thru Tuesday. Week days are much quieter. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. We will definitely go back.

I love how pet friendly the hotel was. My only complaint is that weren’t enough USB ports to charge our devices.

The reason I stayed there was because it had a kitchen. I try to avoid restaurants when traveling, and a suite like this makes that possible. The staff was great. The room was great. The kitchen was great. The bed was great.

We were given a handicap room with a shower that came directly down on our heads, no floor lip to stop water from entering the bathroom floor, and tiles that needed attention. We didn’t have this experience on our last visit, when we scheduled directly with the hotel.

Very roomy and nice on the surface. But walls are very thin, and you can hear people talking in the next room (enough to make out every word). So, niceties of the room were superficial. Important things like privacy and quietness were sub-par at this property. Don't think we'll be staying there again.

While convenient, the rooms themselves were super worn, stained and we asked for a room change bc of mold. The pool had ants, hair globs on the deck, and mold as well. It’s a shame be the staff were so kind and breakfast was great. Seems it could be nice again with a DEEP. Lean and repairs.
