The staff took care of us, after a major screw up. They are amazing!

Pros: Beautiful grounds
Cons: The elevator is a bit slow
Location: Close to everything in downtown
I've stayed here several times and have been very pleased on every occasion. It is quite, clean, and is very close to Ashland's downtown area and everything is a short walk away - no need for a car.

Perfectly located

Best location of all hotels in Ashland. Nicely maintained park like setting by the creek. Ample parking. Free breakfast is typical "free continental style" expect nothing more and you won't be disappointed. The heating/cooling unit does its job fine but it is very loud when it turns on/off. Unfortunately there is no function to just keep the fan running and maintain constant temperature. This was the only downside as it resulted in a sub-par slumber.

Great location, great hotel

Great location, walking distance to downtown, Shakespeare festival and easy driving distance to crater lake and Oregon caves. Room is very comfortable, quiet and clean. Only complain is that the toilet seat has significant scratches and could be updated. Big thumbs up for having complimentary breakfast, early evening snack and late evening snack. Really ups guest satisfaction coming back after a days hike or from watching Shakespeare show and fruits with hummus and chips or milk and cookies are available for you. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

I had never been to Ashland for the festival before and found this hotel to be very centrally located. It's just a short walk to Main Street where the shops, restaurants and festival are located. The room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again!

Clean, open rooms. Close to everything.

Found this gem close to all Jacksonville has to offer, and just minutes from Medford and Ashland. Great staff, and the room was big and comfortable. Despite being sold out, it was very quiet at night. They have a sister property in Santa Barbara too.
