Great hotel in Medford, ORPosted Aug 27, 2015
This will definitely be our go-to motel in southern Oregon! Everything was very well-kept, the room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff very nice.

Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Cons: Room cleanliness, eliminate the strange smell in the room. Be up front with charges at check out rather than deducting extra amount after check out.
The receptionist was very friendly and forthcoming about nearby eating establishments. I stayed here six weeks ago on my way to San Diego and decided to return on my homeward bound trip based on that pleasant experience. However, this room had a strange, unpleasant smell which required me to use my aromatherapy spray to make it tolerable. The bed wasn't as comfortable as the previous room. There was some popcorn under the bed which leads me to believe the room hadn't be adequately cleaned. The previous room didn't have these issues which is why I returned. Both rooms were very quiet. Also, there was an additional $2 charge to my debit card for this stay when I returned home. When I checked out with the desk, there was no mention of an additional charge, only that I had paid in full through Expedia. I called the hotel to question the additional charge...they stated it is a new tax added by Choice which they didn't control. I'll be following up with Expedia on this issue. Based on these issues, I won't be staying here again. Very disappointing!

OverpricedPosted Aug 13, 2015
We picked this hotel because we thought let's pay a little extra and get hot breakfast and hopefully a better room than the cheaper one we stayed in Medford before but the difference wasn't worth the price difference. 1. room: very noisy AC. Stains of unknown nature on the 2 seats in the room. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable though. Clean bathroom as well hence I don't mind recommending to a friend f they need to spend a night in medford. 2. No eggs in the breakfast ( due to bird's flu). The hot breakfast was pork sausages which we can't eat. unwelcoming gentleman manning the breakfast

Roadway InnPosted Aug 10, 2015
OK motel for the money. Adequate breakfast. Clean room. Friendly staff. Didn't like bright light fluorescents. They should switch to warm light type bulbs.

Best hotel in years!Posted Aug 8, 2015
Everything about this place was wonderful, including the staff. Very safe and so cute! The breakfast was very good too especially since we have been on the road for 12 hours the day before and needed a quick eat before we needed to head out again. We even booked this same place for our way back! Best hotel we've stayed in for years!!! We will defiantly be using them again and again and again!

Perfect stay!Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: Everything! Staff friendly and helpful! Clean! Comfy! Good breakfast! Covered parking so car was not boiling hot when we left! shower power!
Location: Location was good. Away from freeway, but easy to find. We were on our way to Reno.
This place was perfect for us! From the staff to breakfast, room, covered parking to power in the shower. Best place we have stayed.....without having to pay hundreds of dollars. We have stayed at Shilo's that were half the place this was. Thank you so much for making our stay great. Will recommend to EVERYONE!!

Friendly staff paying attention to detailsPosted Jul 24, 2015
Pros: It was convenient and provided greata service
Cons: The desk chair could be updated to a more office style
Location: We ordered pizza delivery
It was so nice to be able to part under a carport in front of the door. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice sitting chair. Very nice breakfast was provided with the manager seeing to the comfort of the guests.

Good value at reasonable pricePosted Jul 9, 2015
Rooms are good quality for the price, clean and comfortable, but not fancy. Staff were very polite and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is normal fare (2 cereals, yogurts, hard-boiled eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, toast). Apples were the only fruit option. The covered parking right outside your door was nice. This isn't fancy, but I would certainly stay here again.
