Did not have room reserved/Unexpected fees

From my experience, I would not stay here again. What ruined it for me was that they did not have single-bed room that I booked. I had to upgrade and pay for a double-bed room. Staff told me $15 fee for pet but had to sign written agreement which stated "$15 or more" and ended up being charged $20. Other than that the room was good for the night.

So bad we didn't even get our room keys

When they say "Dog friendly" they mean they have some rooms they allow dogs in and there is no way to tell if those rooms are available until you arrive. As such, we were left stranded for the night. Expedia will not refund any money for the entire weekend stay as I did not cancel my reservations. I did not cancel, the hotel did! Never use this website!!!!! A complete sham! Advocating for themselves and the hotelier.

It was perfect for our stay. We spent most of time out at the lake with friends that were camping but used hotel to sleep. It was a great location right of the highway and the restaurant next to it was delicious for brunch! We were there on a Friday and Saturday evening so the bar was a little loud but not loud enough to keep us awake! Did not have the breakfast so can't review that. Overall a good clean comfortable place to stay for a quick weekend in the lovely Ashland Oregon!

Clean hotel with plenty of food choices close by. 5 min drive to Lithia park. Not very close to downtown so if that matters you may need lodging closer in.

A good value

Cons: The only thing we can think of is that the table in the room was too high for the height of the chairs - but otherwise, it was quite comfortable.
Location: A local map showed all sorts of hikes, bike rides etc in the area - besides being close to SOU and the Shakespearean Fesival. Close grocery stores.
My daughter and I stayed 2 nights when we went to Ashland to see 2 plays. The location was easy on/easy off of I-5 and 2.9 miles from the Shakespearean Festival Grounds - easy directions. The wi-fi was strong - we appreciated the refrigerator and microwave - the air conditioner cooled the room quickly (despite daytime temps in the upper 90s). We didn't use the pool - but it was nice having the option (others did choose to use it). We especially liked the "make-your-own" waffle set up at the complimentary breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean & quiet with friendly staff

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family that were camping nearby. Received an upgrade to a king bed when checking in with the friendly staff. Bed & pillows were a bit firm for my sleeping comfort and the air conditioner is loud but the overall stay was good for the price. Breakfast includes yogurt, cereal, pastries, waffles, fruit, juice, coffee and hard boiled eggs. Area to eat only sits 6 people but trays are provided so you can take your food to your room. Would stay again.

I found the room to be quiet, & relaxing for my early morning arrival to the room after my late evening business concluded. I was not disturbed by the exiting neighboring room occupants.

Noisy but acceptable

The exterior wasn't great but the room was clean and the bathroom updated. Beware of the rowdy crowd in the bar that is almost in the middle parking lot with doors opening to the rooms. Up late and loud as they spilled out of the bar, the patrons kept us up late with their noise.
