It was convenient how they phoned to remind me about my airport shuttle! I didnt stay through the morning to try the breakfast, but from what i heard it was good.

Hi, the morning and check in staff were great. The night time staff did not even great us when we walked by. The BEST staff of all was in the bar and restaurant. They were amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The food was good too! We always stay here and we are happy.

Hotel was great. Clean and smelled nice. It was a little dated and the walls a little thin. Breakfast was way better than most hotels. Would definitely stay here again

The staff was friendly, the complementary breakfast was great, the pool and gym were nice. The room was pretty nice and big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids... The only complaint is that the room and bathroom definitely needed more cleaning done. But overall experience was good. I would most likely go back and stay again if i needed to.

I stayed for 6 weeks at this property while I’m in town at a local hospital as a travel worker. As a former hospitality/sales employee, I will say this place has amazing bones, but it’s about 10 years overdue for a remodel. It’s very clean, but extremely dated. I stayed in 6 different rooms and the amenities were hit and miss. WiFi is surprisingly fast here I will say! Some preventative maintenance would go a long way: outlets don’t hold cords in, almost every tv receiver is detached, tub floor grip is non-existent, pillows are flat, etc. -nothing that can’t be remedied. All-in-all I think the price they charge for what you get is fair. My only real complaint every week was noise. It’s SUCH a noisy property, and there’s little to no sound proofing. My most recent stay I let the front desk know of a child screaming down the hall (three rooms away) for hours on end and nothing was done. This issue remained for the duration of my stay after notifying someone twice. For this reason I won’t be staying again. Your staff is incredibly nice, but when issues arise they need to be willing to take care of it before you lose business.

Nice property. Convenient but being that you get road noise from the Interstate. Being a dog owner I understand the benefit of allowing pets to stay but many pets are excessively disruptive.

The free breakfast was great..free hot meal at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Not ur average continental. Loved the convience of a bar and restaurant there. Had the big pool to ourselves. The hotel could use some updating but it was clean.
