Everything we needed

Posted Sep 4, 2015
Pros: See above...
Cons: The continental breakfast could have included more food.
Location: We enjoyed walking around the Southern Oregon University campus and also walking into town to see a movie or play or Lithia Park.
Our room was unpretentious and a little bit funky but very clean. The bed was comfortable, all the appliances worked, the coffee maker had a glass carafe and there were real mugs instead of styrofoam cups. The bathroom had been remodeled and was a separate room instead of the common in-room sink, mirror and lighted area. There was also a real window in the bathroom. The room rate was very reasonable.

Pros: Decent room rates, nice pool.
Cons: Continental breakfast was very poor. Only one type of juice, bread, and over-ripe bananas. One-half of toaster was broken.
Location: Shakespeare Festival is a fantastic experience about one mile west of this motel.
An old motel that is just a place to stay while in Ashland.

Location: Confident for my sons college orientation. Right across from the dorms and College
Carpet had stains on the floor. You could clearly hear the people upstairs walking. Dirty Dirty Dirty

Lovely stay in Ashland. A bit on the far end of the action but not a bad walk into town. Comfortable room and beds. Clean bathrooms and pool. Nice stay for a nice price.

Pros: It was near a fantastic grocery/deli
Cons: We were there on a very hot 107 degree day and the ac had a hard time keeping us cool
Location: A bit to far to walk to OSF in 107 degree weather, but a nice place
Very pleasant area. The hotel is old and a bit dated, but it was cute and comfortable

Across the street from local college. About 5 blocks to downtown. Just off the main street into town. Old motel but refurbished.

Pros: Room in good condition, shower good, A/C worked well, modest breakfast snacks offered, plenty of parking.
Cons: My only issue is that the rooms were a bit small.
Location: Oregon Shakespeare Festival
Overall a very positive experience. Room in good condition, shower good, A/C worked well, modest breakfast snacks offered, plenty of parking. My only issue is that the rooms were a bit small.

We were very pleased with our stay. It was an excellent location to about everything including restaurants natural foods market coffee shops and pet friendly grassy areas. The room was bright and airy with its flow through ventilation. We would be pleased to return there on our next trip there.
