Nice close to everything

Cons: Would help if the room had two more feet from opening to back wall.

Have stayed at Extended Stays before, but this was by far the best. The location was perfect for us. Close to the Surgical Center, fabulous restaurants, the zoo and the cultural center. The staff was very helpful and when we asked for something, it arrived very quickly. The trail alongside the Trinity was icing on the cake.

People very nice

People very nice, room clean but smelled of Cigarette Smoke and was smoke free room.

The hotel had all that we needed . Wished we had been there under another situation. I do have one suggestion as my husband I are getting older it is harder getting in and out of the bath tub. A hand rail would be great a long a wall to get up out of the tub. Thanks

Inexpensive hotel is dated and in fair condition.

Bathroom had hair in the tub and toilet was not clean. No shampoo or blow dryer, anything you need you need to request from the office. The staff was very pleasant.

Great location near hospital

We were here while a family member was in ICU at Harris Methodist Hospital. The staff was so caring and compassionate .. We discussed why we were in Ft Worth, and they asked us often how our ill family member was. They did everything in their power to make our stay a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel!

Stay someplace else if you can! ROACHES

Pros: Close to Medical community. Close to Zoo and Freeway
Cons: Housekeeping, photos on web are not updated. Continental breakfast? If you are not going to offer it to your guests, remove it from your website.
Location: Close to the Zoo, downtown is a few miles away. Several good restaurants within walking distance.
We had requested a top floor room. Manager told us none were available. Rooms online show spacious suites, this was not true. It had no coffee pot, kitchen cooking utensils, pots, pans, towels. You can request and pay extra for them. The bathroom was dirty and roaches were in the tub. Dirty towels, no hair dryer. Again, we should have left then. After this, everything seemed to move and crawl in the room. Continental breakfast!!! Instant grits, coffee and packaged mini muffins. No cereal, OJ, toast. This is not a good way to get customers to stay. The bed was nothing great with cheap old pillows. Stay someplace else and rest easy. A refund would be great but probably not going to happen.

We never want to mislead our guests, however, we do offer our version of continental breakfast so we apologize it was not to your expectations which caused disappointment. Our guests which do not have breakfast in their fully equipped kitchen typically find our breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea a perfect solution and a value add. Cons: Minimum kitchen utensils and glasses and plate, even if only paper or plastics.
Location: Great area, plenty of eating and shopping within walking distance
It was a staycation but I did not pay attention to details, No Pool and no Courtyard area for lounging. There was close proximity taco trailer park and restaurant's

Didn't like the fact they charge you for housekeeping if you need it. The a.c. didn't cool down the room at all when we had it at 60 for 4 days. The shower when you turned it on sprayed everywhere. they fixed it so that was good. It's an ok hotel but I think I'll select a different hotel in the future.
