good price needs some work

Overall the price was good, but there were some issues such as the tub did not drain properly you would be standing in a pool of water showering, the desk lamp did not work, the curtains were not on their rails, and the toilet has a slow leak on the side at the bottom. the ice machine was out of order as was their atm. the pool was cold and the hot tub had hair floating in it. I figured the hot breakfast would be hot but it was not. the eggs were cold and the english muffins tasted waxy. probably not going to be back there. I would rather pay a little more to get better quality.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and could easily have rated excellent. This time although the room was clean etc it badly needs to be renovated. I felt I was staying in an old motel room. I know there are nicer rooms. They need to step up.

The floor getting off elevator was stained, needs some attention.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feed back. Our renovations are currently under way and some of the direct paths of the construction workers do need a bit more attention. As you can guess it is very hard to keep up with the constant traffic of construction materials but we will try to pay more attention to this in the future.

Tournament stay

Travelled in to watch Provincial Basketball competition. Pleasantly surprised by the condition and cleanliness of the hotel. Room climate control was a little finicky but the bed and bathroom were clean! Not a fancy stay, but it got the job done and the staff was very courteous

pet friendly room close to the shopping mall

Location: the mall and casino are close
Our check in was quick and we got a pet friendly room as requested, The staff was very friendly at check in as well as the next morning at the breakfast The breakfast had hot items as well as a good selection of other options

Right beside 2 Reno rooms

Pros: I liked the beds
Cons: Shouldn’t utilize rooms close to the renovation
I was right beside renovations, it was very dusty and noisy in the morning.

Decent hotel close to mall

Pleasant stay for one night. Perfect for those that enjoy the convenience of being virtually next to the Medicine Hat Mall, as well as multiple dining choices within close proximity.
