Easy access and nice hotel

Pros: Easy access....quiet room...comfortable bed
Cons: Efficiency when items are left and getting items back to their owners.
Location: Area seemed very nice (potentially my new home) Lots of places to eat...shop...bars...etc...
Only issue I had was when checking in the lady asked for a phone number in case I were to leave any items in my room. I was there for an interview and was in the area for about 7 hours in Cleveland and back in the Medina area before heading back to Dayton (3 hours) away. Once I got home I realized I left my pillow in the room. Called and confirmed, but no body ever called me the whole day I was up there. Once I spoke to a manager to get it shipped back he explained to me that returning items is NOT their housekeepers top priority (which I understand if it was a sock) but had she only taken 2 minutes to run it to the desk so they could call me LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, I could have had my pillow before getting all the way home. Granted, it was my fault I left it behind. Yet, why ask for a number specificity in case you leave something and when you do, they never call !?!?! 3 days later.....still waiting on my pillow.... Otherwise a pleasant stay, and I would stay again... but would make FOR SURE i had EVERYTHING with me !!!!

Nice for what we needed

This hotel fit the location we needed to be for an over nite stay. We received a discounted price so for that price it was worth it. The staff is wonderful - very courteous. The room was clean and spacious - the bathroom is basically a tub & a commode - a closet. But the room wasn't bad - a bit narrow to move from one side to other in front of bed but roomy on both sides. Included microwave, frig & coffee maker. The lobby is cute and the breakfast was nice. It is all dated but well kept - for what we needed it worked very well.

Pros: 3.9
Cons: Hotter breakfast trays.
Location: Nice safe area. Lots of good dining
Expected a shabby old Quality in because of the price,but the hotel is above average . The deli on the adjoining property has a world class Reuben sandwich. Make sure to go at least .30 minute drive to downtown Cleveland saves you at least a hundred bucks after parking.

Bed was hard & we had a king size room, but very tight quarters. Looking for a nice, spacious room? should probably get the next size up.

Hotel needs remodeling

The hotel advertises as non-smoking. However, it was obvious when we first entered the hallway that smoke smell was strong. Even in the room the smell was unexceptible. We asked for a different room and staff accommodated. But frankly the room still had a distinct "scent".

Staff was pleasant and room was clean. Pool was fine. Lots of things in the area to see and convenient to highway. Could benefit from some outdoor seating in small court yard
