Pros: friendly staff
Cons: more indoor facilities
Location: nothing much apart from main square
Riad was quite nice and staff were very friendly and accommodating but the location isn't ideal. Although it may be close to the main square but its in a fairly old town where tourists may not want to stay whilst on vacation. I would personally prefer to stay in new town and in a hotel where there are more facilities with better surroundings.

Thank you for your comment. The riad Beldia is traditional, and the medina is the old town. See you soon

Hotel was ok

Posted Oct 2, 2017
Hotel's location was good because everything was in walking distance but wasn't a 100% on the hotel. Found that the breakfast was very poor you did not have much of a choice.

Hello thanks for your comment. The breakfast is typical Moroccan, orange juice, bread, pastry, jam, crepe, coffee or tea. I wish you a good day

Lovely stay!

The staff, Karim and Rashid, were lovely and accommodating. The riad is nice and peaceful which is a nice contrast from the busy city. Our rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. The pool was free for us to use too. Overall a fantastic stay!

Excellent Riad

Pros: The Riad was beautiful & the staff Abdul & Karim were amazing. The room were decor was traditional Moroccan style.
Cons: Add sign on the main entrance to the Riad.
Location: Perfect location and close to the main square & restaurants..
Peaceful and quiet in a nice part of the Medina. It was slightly difficult to find the first time since there were no signs..

Wonderful Riad. Quiet and convenient location. Staff very very helpful. Very resourceful and knowledgable. We were very comfortable staying there. Only issue would be the stairs one had to climb each day.

Pocket of Paradise

Posted Mar 19, 2017
Pros: Quiet, comfortable, wonderful service, breakfast, the terrace, the tea, the beautifully decorated rooms
Location: It is a very short walk to the Badii Palace and the Bahia Palace. Everything else within the medina is a longer walk, but still walking distance.
My husband and I stayed here during a two day, sight-seeing tour of the Marrakech Medina. It was a calming and quiet retreat from all the hustle and bustle of old town. The main area was well appointed and always manned by one of the delightful staff. They seemed to always be available to welcome us with kind greetings, tea, and/or itinerary suggestions. We had breakfast one of the days and were delighted by the quality and variety of food. It was a really nice mix of local and European. The room was large, comfortable. and quite lovely. We really enjoyed all of the detailing. Last, but certainly not least was the terrace. We spent each evening up there drinking tea and listening to the birds and the city. The riad is easy to find using Google Maps (download Marrakech to get offline access). It is just outside of the old city wall with easy walking access to the main attractions within the city walls. I strongly suggest taking the riad's private car to and from the airport. I'm a very experienced traveler and thought I would be able to talk my way into getting an appropriately priced ride out of the airport, but it was far more work than I had expected. Take the car and avoid the hassle.

Amazing stay in Marrakech!

Posted Mar 2, 2017
Pros: Great location, amazing staff, clean rooms, awesome pool and rooftop terrace!
Cons: Nothing really, its all very nice!!
Location: Great location! Walking distance to everything in the medina. Very easy to get to from the airport (15 min drive and on the outskirts of the medina).
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Riad Dar Beldia for a week long vacation in Marrakech. The Riad did not disappoint! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had breakfast served to us every morning with delicious breads, spreads, yogurt, fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice (and I mean fresh!!) and coffee. We also indulged in numerous pots of mint tea as it was too good to pass up! The staff of the hotel, especially Abdil (sorry if that's not the correct spelling!), were extremely helpful and welcoming. They reminded us time and time again that this was our home while we were in Morocco and were there for anything we needed! We had friends stay at a nearby Riad and we compared the two; while there's was a bit more spacious, the staff were not nearly as friendly and accommodating and their level of service (breakfast, room cleaning) did not even come close to the outstanding service we received. Thanks to all the staff at Riad Dar Beldia for making our stay one to remember! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone (in fact I already have since returning home)!!
