Dear Turquoise,Thank you for your appreciation of our hotel. Your feedback has nothing to do with the services we provide which are rooms, quality, security and comfort. You organised a professional photo shoot with the presence of a crew and a make up artist without signing any contract with us, without informing our manager or even our receptionist. Because we trust our guests, we let them move freely in and out of our Riad. You opened the door for a whole crew, you invited them in, started shooting without any consideration for our staff or our other guests.When members of our staff asked you to stop filming, because you will create problems for them with the management and with other guests, you started laughing at them and screaming at them that they are ignorants and know nothing about art, artists and instagram. You said that renting a room gives you the right to organize a professional photo shoot. You know it because you are a professional, a private professional shooting will cost you the renting of the hotel for a whole day, which is a minimum of 1500 dollars. Other guests present during your shooting are ready to testify about your inappropriate behavior. Jumping full of makeup, naked in the swimming pool and asking the photographers to take pictures without any respect for other people. Manager, staff, and guests are all shocked by your narcissistic attitude. You left early because you probably felt ashamed by your unfriendly behaviour and were afraid that we would report you to the authorities. Please do not lie and judge our services for your own interest and sense of entitlement.We felt used and not respected by you and we are sad that things turned this way.The staff of Riad saba
