Staff was very friendly and helpful... very near to Haram especially for ladies. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend .

The hotel staff were rude, and you should ask for things that you already paid for, such as, breakfast buffet, and they try to make it as hard as they could. In the end, one of the staff said " you should be happy, why are you sad" because I asked him for my breakfast buffet access, which was included in my reservation!! My reserved room was not available, and they want to downgrade me, and show it as if this room is better that my reserved one. If you are coming to visit Madina, it has much more options than this hotel.

Nice hotel, very close to the Masjid

Cons: I could not make an overseas call from my room, even waited for five hours.
My mother and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is about 100 yards to the Masjid. The rooms and bathrooms are large enough and provide good amenities. The buffet breakfast has a large variety of hot and cold dishes and a large choice in baked bread and cakes. The staff is most helpful and obliging.

Convenient location for the mosque

Generally all good except at times service quite slow to respond and room slightly dark. Breakfast very good. Staff otherwise helpful. Phone calls by management during the day to make sure guests are at ease and if need anything

Nice hotel very convenient location.

Hotel is located close to Mosque especially woman entry Gate Breakfast was very good. Staff is very polite and curious. My stay was great. I would recommend the hotel.

Struggling with billing issue

Pros: rooms are nice.
Cons: Very poor customer service both from Expedia and the hotel.
Good rooms but watch out for billing errors. We were charged for an extra night. We have so far not received a refund. We have been calling Expedia customer service but they are not able to help. They sent me an email providing me with the hotel phone number and asked me to deal with the hotel directly. This is very disappointing. I booked through Expedia and they should stand behind me to resolve these bogus charges. If you stay there then make sure your billing is correct before you depart. Because Expedia customer service will not help you. Calling the hotel is no help because they don't pick up the phone.

Dirty Hotel

Exemplary Muslim lifestyle hotel

Beautifully designed hotel catering to Muslim lifestyle. Comfortable, walking distance from the Prophet's Mosque, and just the right size to have full facilities without being impersonal.
