The hotel staff were rude, and you should ask for things that you already paid for, such as, breakfast buffet, and they try to make it as hard as they could. In the end, one of the staff said " you should be happy, why are you sad" because I asked him for my breakfast buffet access, which was included in my reservation!!
My reserved room was not available, and they want to downgrade me, and show it as if this room is better that my reserved one.
If you are coming to visit Madina, it has much more options than this hotel.
