This Riad could also be considered a 5 star hotel. The staff is exceptional. It was our first time to Morocco and they helped explain the city, provided maps, and a cell phone to call them on in case we got lost. We planned to travel the next day and a staff member even went out and bought our train ...
A charming traditional riad (house built around a courtyard) with just a handful of rooms, and lovely rooftop terrace, that is an absolute delight. It is on the edge of the old walled city (Medina) and two minutes walk to souks, and a few minutes to the main square, palaces etc. The hotel is clean ...
The staff was outstanding. The Riad is lovely. The rooftop pool, the cool comfortable Riad and the AC in the bedrooms was a wonderful retreat from the 40 degree heat of Marrakesh in Aug. Great quiet location - close to palaces and museum and an easy walk to the centre of the action in the Medina. ...
The riad and the room is very clean. Beautiful pool and rooftop terrace. The staffs are very friendly and helpful too. They made sure we enjoyed our stay. The pool water cleanliness could be improved tho.
This is a lovely place not to far from Marrakech's top sights. The rooms were large and clean, the staff very helpful and polite (special thanks to the night shift staff who treated us to fresh mint tea every evening!). We booked a cooking class (private), which was tailored to our requests and took ...
The stuff was very helpful and hospitable, especially Christophe, the manager, who will guide you where to go for different activities, what places to visit and what is the best way to do it. Food was OK, if you like Moroccan food, but a bit overpriced comparing to other restaurants.
Riad Al Assala is a great place to stay when you're in Marrakech. It's close to a lot of tourist attractions including a 5 mins walk to the main square. La Mia, riad's receptionst, was very helpful and made sure that I had a fantastic experience during my stay. Would definitely recommend this!
Hotel staff, especially Noureddine, were extremely attentive and answered all queries and gave great advice on best ways to travel. The manager Christelle was available at all times to contact and ensured that our stay was pleasant. Would definitely recommend to all.
If you need to relax, this is the place you want to be, very quiet and nice.... with excellent staff ready to help you with everything... close to everything... I love it
We stayed in Riad Bonheur for 9 nights in July and had a lovely comfortable stay. The Riad is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk to the main square and the souks, yet is slightly off the main paths, so was quiet and peaceful. The decor within the Riad is beautiful and cosy, and the sun terrace ...
The hotel is situated in in a narrow street of the old city. Almost impossible to find for the first time. However if you call the owner sends out a boy to meet you. Next time you find it yourself. It seems that that this area is pretty safe. The owner is very friendly and helpful. His son provides ...
The hotel and staff were great! Very friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing I have to say is that this hotel is in the middle of a Medina and a bit hard to find especially at night. My friend and I had difficulty finding it and had to ask locals for help (asking for help is not free- ...
