Super nice host, one of the sweetest humans we've met on our trip. Helped my husband get the car down the narrow street, offered us ice cream his mother made, and generally was awesome. Our flat had an amazing view. Hard to beat!!

We loved Pansion Nur. Our room was simple but very clean with a balcony and a stunning view of the old town. The owner was very friendly and helpful. There is also a little kitchen area where you can make complimentary hot drinks. If you choose the pay at property option, be prepared to pay in cash.

Homemade ice cream!!!
Super friendly host, great location, free use of kitchenette with tea and coffee and homemade ice cream sealed the deal! Best low cost guesthouse I've stayed in on my travels to date

Friendly staff and perfect location
The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and everything is walkable! I'd recommend staying here if you go to Mostar!

This Inn is run by a family that has great pride and is very welcoming. The location is excellent! And, our balcony was a relaxing place to have our morning coffee.

I don't think you could possibly ask for more! Our stay was perfect (family of 4) and the location is ideal. Getting in with a car is tricky, but the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating - even to help us get the car in.

Feels more like hostel with private bath
Pros: friendly host, excellent location, clean, spacious room. Cons: more like an apartment than hotel. No toiletries offered (no shampoo/conditioner or body wash). You receive very small sliver of soap. Small, hard towels. We’ve been staying in Balkins for last two weeks. Everyone air drys their laundry so I wasn’t expecting western standard fluffy hotel towels but host needs to embrace fabric softener. Property seems to be run on very tight budget. Also, hotels.com listing makes you believe there’s a coffee shop perhaps attached to property. Definitely not the case. Free standing. No restaurant, bar or caffe on site. Suppose to be non smoking property but slight smoke odor through out, even on pillows. It’s a smoking culture so hard to say if from previous guests.

Dear Michele DunlopYour review has nothing to do with the truth. There is shampoo and a bath in every bathroom, as you can see in the pictures. Soap bars exist as a reserve in case the shampoo and bath disappear during bathing. Everything is washed with fabric softener. The guesthouse is completely non-smoking and you cannot smell the smoke on the pillowcases from other guests. You will say that we don't change them daily... Hahaha. It is not fair to compare the Balkans and the West. I'd better not write to you about the West, you won't be happy. Restaurant, bar, cafe, on the spot... where did you read that? OK, I still maintain that Hotels.com guests are the best guests. I don't know what you needed this for. If you wanted to hurt us, you succeeded. I sincerely wish you all the best in the future. Greetings from the family that has been here since 1756.

Beautifully located in Mostar! Host greeted us and helped us park our car which was much appreciated! Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby! About 3 minute walk to the bridge and also close to a good viewing point. Rooms clean and tidy.

Simple room, very close to everything, great balcony view. Shared kitchen area. Helpful staff. Wonderful sound of water to sleep to from the nearby river. The entrance was hard to find for us, you really have to enter a circular pedestrian walkway. Once I found the place, the owner was very helpful in navigating the car in, as its narrow.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. One drove our car down the narrow, cobbles road and parked it for us. He drove us out again when it was raining. This street was full of tourists and he was able to maneuver well around the tourists, walls, and up the wet cobbles. The hosts had umbrellas available and were open to talking with us about their lives. They gave great restaurant recommendations. The room is compact - the central location was wonderful.

No complaints, just great
We had a great experience at Pansion Nur, a clean and comfortable hotel located in a terrific area of Old Town. Our room had a balcony with a lovely view of the river and town. The hotel has a small kitchen area with a refrigerator to store drinks if needed. We were very impressed by the owners who were so welcoming. We were greeted with fresh lemonade and were assisted with getting our car to the parking area which can be a little tricky. This is a great little hotel for visiting Old Town as everything is just a short walk away.

Amazing Hosts!
Our stay was wonderful. It was an adorable hotel right in the heart of old town so easy to walk to everything. Our hosts were very sweet and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Mostar!

Amazing stay
Perfectly located right in the old town. The room was nice and clean and the balcony was great to enjoy the mornings. The hots were incredibly friendly and even made homemade lemonade and ice cream for each guest. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and amazing host!
Perfect location just 30 seconds walk from the Old Bridge in the heart of the old town. Convenient free parking outside the Guest House. We were traveling with out 10 month old daughter and the accomodation was perfect for restaurants and the beach by the river. The room had a balcony overlooking the river and the old town which we enjoyed thoroughly throughout our stay. The owner Nijazim was a lovely host ensured we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended to anyone and when we visit Mostar again we will certainly be staying here.

Perfection!
I had a lovely stay at Pansion Nur! The hosts kindly parked my car for me and treated me to a refreshing drink and a bowl of fresh fruit when I checked in. The view from the balcony was just gorgeous and the location can’t be beat. Just steps away from all the sights of old town and plenty of great restaurants and shops. The bed was SO comfortable! The air conditioner was fabulous (and surprisingly quiet as well) and the TV was great after a long day of sightseeing. There is a nice little shared kitchen area in the hallway area with free coffee and tea and a fridge to use, which came in handy. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Mostar or better hosts. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
