“Great experience”

“This was the cleanest room that I have stayed in in a long time. The staff was so helpful and so nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds were the best and clean so is the bathroom and the family and staff were so nice and good to you. I give it a five star rating are the best rating that can be thank you.”

“Breakfast is too brief, only toast, milk, orange juice, coffee. I was hugary in that morning but I did not eat anything because it is too bad.”

“I was outside waiting for my fiance to get back and a lady approached a friend and looking for WiFi ..... she was pretending so she could try to spy on us for whatever reason. She actually worked there. They listen to everyone's conversations via camera.”

“Disgusting, in disrepair, and unstaffed. Don’t stay here.”

“We had the handicap accessible room, but the commode was normal height, was hard for our disabled sister to get up from. We had to run to Walmart to get one of the commode risers. They had a tub with all the bars necessary and a bath chair. I just wish it had been a walk in shower. The room was large enough for a wheelchair and had handicap button to open the door with. Overall good stay!”

“Convenient hotel”

“Breakfast was amazing - with two teenage boys to feed on the road, this was a great place and they definitely got their fill!”

“Bar closed early (9pm). Over 1/2 hour wait for dinner seating. Beach closed due to lake water level. Carpet in room needed more vacuum cleaning. Bathroom ceiling water stained. Front desk did not know if there were lake tours. Housekeeping didn’t make up room and ran out of towels. Park view meant parking lot view. Nicely redone pool, and lovely view of lake marina from restaurant and pool. Great blackout curtains. Quiet room. Water pressure and temperature were great. Friendly front……

“There was a noticeable odor throughout the facility. Staffing appeared to be minimal, and staff members were not usually present at the front desk, although they could occasionally be found elsewhere in the building. The property does not have an elevator, so if you require assistance with luggage or have mobility concerns, I would recommend requesting a room on the ground floor. The staircase was quite dirty and did not appear to be cleaned or vacuumed regularly. The pool area was also……
