“A rather nice hotel by the Raba River, only 10 min. walk from the train station and 5 min. walk from the city center. The B/F is good enough, and a supermarket (Interspa) nearby is a big plus. There is almost no Wi-fi signal in my room (217), I have to go to lobby to get connected. However, if I come to Gyor again, I'll still stay at this hotel.”

The only drawback was that there was not lift which was difficult for my 78 year old mother. We managed and were very impressed with the property, the staff and breakfast the following morning. “What an absolutely delightful surprise. From the outside, a rather normal looking house in a smaller Slovak city, but on the inside, a small but very service minded team, and very large and spacious rooms. Food was exquisite, both dinner in restaurant and the breakfast was made fresh from a breakfast menu, probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in over 10 years. Definitely be coming back here again soon.”
