“While there were some positive aspects, there were also several issues that impacted my overall experience.
The room we selected was advertised as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation; however, it only had one bathroom, which was disappointing and misleading. Housekeeping was another challenge—cleaning was consistently scheduled between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, which coincided with the time we were getting ready for the day.
