Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut gelegen, ganz in der Nähe vom See, außerdem erreicht man innerhalb von 20 Minuten eine Vielzahl an Freizeitangeboten, da haben wir auch sehr viele Tipps von den Gastgebern bekommen. "Have stayed multiple times. Can't beat the location to the Festspielhaus, and downtown is a short walk. Small, but good staff and clean. Stays open late so can socialize with other attendees after performances. And AC that works. Right near transportation."

"It's a lovely clean and bright studio in the heart of Bayreuth, a 15 minute walk from the train station and less than a minute from the colourful and lively Maximilianstraße. If you're prepared to self-cater (and the local supermarkets are excellent), then it's a bargain. What stops it from my giving 5 stars? Not much. The apartment can get very hot, although a fan is provided. A separate receptacle for recycling would be welcome, as would a dustpan and brush for daily cleaning and instructions for how to use the hob cooker. Hghly recommended."

Vrij basic in voorzieningen, maar keuken is prima modern voorzien.Bedbank kan een extra matras gebruiken, want vrij hard. Het huisje zelf ligt gelegen aan een weg die niet veel, maar wel gebruikt wordt, ook 's nachts. Vrij gehorig daarom in de slaapkamer boven aan de voorkant. Verder is de grootste feature de tuin met uitzicht en het heerlijk rustige karakter van de regio."
