I checked in very early, so I am very pleased with the room we received, and later a bottle of wine. The staff, such as Maddy and others. were excellent and friendly. The location is great.

Nice hotel, very close to the market and all shops, tram, mall are either at door steps or a very short walk, room is big, clean, comfy bed, pillows were a bit soft, but didn't bother to ask for firm ones which they would have probably supplied. Staff were very helpful, I can't comment more as I didn't spend much time in the hotel but over all I would stay here again

Stayed here for one night, and it was perfect. Convenient location right beside the market. Lots of restos and store nearby but it’s very busy. Bed was comfy and the room was clean. Shower was a bit dingy but other than that the bathroom was nice enough.

My stay here was perfectly pleasant. It’s a bit older than it looks in the photos but generally pretty clean, the aircon worked even though it was very hot and the bed was comfortable

The bathroom was so dirty it literally had mould growing all through the shower box. The tat faucets kept falling off. and the staff not help with any of our luggage which we had a lot as my daughter was moving into the university. They were, however friendly.

I arrived after midnight and as promised, the staff gave me a clean and quiet room so I could just go to sleep without any fuss.
