Great location

Great location. Unfortunately, we were there over a holiday weekend and they do not provide daily cleaning of the rooms (and hall ways)on holidays or Sundays. The one day they did come in, they did a poor job. Garbage left in the room and dirty towels left in the shower and coffee/tea supplies not . They also did not have hand soap as they were chaning vendors and ran out. At the price we paid, not the best value for your money. Again, great location and reception staf very friendly.

Amazing views from 22nd floor. Great price for a 3 bedroom. Easy walk to Crown or Southbank. Can even organise grocery delivery for you as has a full kitchen. Daily service is awesome. Very short walk to get bus to airport. Great coffee shop under.

Spacious 2 Bedroom Self-catering Apartment

A spacious two bedroom two bathroom flat. Little bit away from Southbank. No eating facilities on site. The apartment itself was very good and well equipped. Only during our stay there was refurbishment going on in the corridor and had to dodge workmen/wet paint.

Unfortunately we do not have a restaurant onsite, however we are very close to a lot of cafes, restaurants and various eateries in Southbank. Unfortunately sometimes the building does have to go through updating and renovation works. Hopefully your stay wasn't too impacted by the workmen in the corridor. What a gorgeous photograph! Nice hotel with large bathroom and clean rooms.

Pros: Large rooms and big bathroom. Clean rooms and service was very good.
Location: About 10 minute walk from Yarra/Southbank precinct. Not to many shops nearby.
Pleasant stay. All amenities available and nice large rooms. Very comfortable stay. Value for money. 10 minute walk to Yarra precinct. Very enjoyable.

5-10min drive from CBD. Great place to stay, nearby cafe is excellent for breakfast and lunch

Nice Hotel

Pros: The position, free parking and comfortable rooms
Cons: The bathrooms were a little dated.
This hotel was in the perfect position for everything we needed on our trip to Melbourne.

Okay hotel in a great location

The best part of the hotel is the location. It is close to everything you would need - food, sights, transportation. The hotel itself was okay. It had comfortable beds, but not very good appliances. The washing machine was a washer/dryer combo which did not do either of those things well. The dishwasher was broken. The instructions for the appliances were out of date and didn't include the instructions for the appliances that were actually in the room. The daily cleaning service was disappointing. I don't think I would go out of my way to recommend it, but I also wouldn't say that people shouldn't stay there.

Pros: Location was amazing
Location: Many places to eat, walked to the botanical gardens, to the markets, great times for sure
Lovely visit of Melbourne and accommodating when driving as ewll
