Customer service was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for nicer, happier, helpful front office staff. The only complaint we had was that the pillows were far too soft to be comfortable and we didn’t know that we had to request for room to be serviced. Oh and room 309’s frosted glass bathroom walls seem to have been installed back to front so there is little privacy in the bathroom which is awkward when sharing with a teenage son.
