I did like the apartment it was clean and the view was excellent. It had all the conveniences you would expect but emptying your own rubbish before you leave was a first. The reception staff need a good shake up like wearing a uniform may help and better communication would be good.

The apartment is very tired looking - needs a renovation. The furniture was grubby and the bed was like sleeping on a rock with springs making noises when you moved.

We had a fantastic night stay. We had last minute change of plans and had to stay in Melbourne so it was a very last minute 9.30pm booking and it was no problem. Very easy quick booking and check in with friendly staff at front desk. Apartment was beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable. We left again by 6am so didn't get to experience much of the hotel but what we did we were very happy. 10/10

Space wise and design it was very good size. But carpet floors, furniture was very dirty and so stinky, some of appliances were broken. when we told them just, they said we fix it ASAP, but they never did.

We enjoyed the views, sadly traffic train noise kept us awake. We had an emergency and had to leave one day early, staff advised because we used Expedia there would be no refund . Very disappointing

Great location and value for money, good facilities, and friendly staff. Water maintenance was being done during our stay so water in bathroom was a bit brown and the dishwasher was out of order. Dusty in places but overall clean. Good views from our floor and good location, easy check in, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Railway and nearby roads and construction work were noisy but to be expected.

Property is walking distance to casino and marvel stadium and most city sights. Room is quite small being a superior room no tv in the bedroom and the bed was two single beds pushed together and very uncomfortable.

Nicely updated, clean and safe. Our o ly problem was a very strong floral smell that made it difficult to sleep. They need to lighten up on the spray, could be a health hazard. The desk was often to busy to answer questions or respond to your needs. Should have 2 people at all times.

This hotel was filthy. Stains all over walls, carpet, ceiling and furniture. Mould throughout bathroom - very very disappointing. Great location though.

Awesome location & nice clean beds - could do with a coat of paint & new window furnishings - but comfortable enough for our two night stay :-) Bit noisy with trains and traffic but fantastic access to public transport, dining, shopping, & casino.

The location was good but there was no phone in the room. The bed should have had a mattress on top of the base. It was missing. There was an issue with the air conditioniner as it was slow cooling. They do not provide assistance with the luggage. There were numerous cracks in the washroom sink.

Floor cleaning needs improving, glass shelf in shower missing. Facilities in room were good, only having three items of crockery and cutlery would be a problem is we were to have visitors. But will still enjoyed our stay.

Bedding for 3rd person was poor quality ..a hard divan,alright if included in price but we paid extra for it ! It is very central to trams & Spencer St staion,casino a walk up the road .A good choice for tennis or exhibition centre .Store luggage for you also .

Great location. Easy walk to Crown and its restaurants The room was ok but the the lounge was old and cushions too soft. No Netflix or Fox on the TV and no option to cast to the TV from my phone.

Staff were not welcoming and provided incorrect information. We had booked her because they had parking onsite for a minimal fee. Parking cost is $80 per night and a lot of wasted time trying to find a better option. The place is not somewhere I would ever book again, venue is not that great either. I and family travel a fair amount, for work and vacations. When we tried to rectify situation and organise some kind of compensation it was a “talk to the hand” type of response. Don’t want anyone to waste their time or money like we did.

Extremely Disappointed & No Compensation
I was extremely disappointed with this hotel stay. Our room was filthy with food splattered up walls, food over floors, graffiti on walls, mould on bathrooms doors, fans didn’t work & windows wouldn’t open. Told it was a ‘trundle’ roll out bed, got there and it was an ottoman with sheets. No toilet paper in the room. Spoke to reception about it who advised me to lodge a complaint in writing, which I’ve done and heard absolute silence. The level of cleanliness in this room was extremely low with cutlery, plates and bowls covered in food & knives in meat, huge health concern. Sadly wouldn’t stay here again, although it’s in a brilliant spots!

The staff were ok, the clientele staying here was on the cheaper end of the socio-economic scale. The room 2 bedroom apartment looked in need of make over. Holes and peeling on the furniture. Floor transition boards with what looked like exposed nailing. Broken blind cords. A lot of these little things that really added to the experience. The area around here, moreso toward the big train station felt unsafe at times. A lot of homelessness, junkies and the like. Overall I was expecting more for the money we spent.
