Not worth the money

Room was so small and had poor facilities, also very outdated and quite unclean. Dirty bathroom, marks on walls, cobwebs in corners and air conditioner smelt like a thousand sweaty socks!! Would not stay here again.

Close to cafes and shopping

Cons: Upgrade the TVs, wifi and the beds.
No digital TV just sky channels. Wifi not working at night

We are located close to cafes, shopping centres and beach which is really handy for all our guest. In regards to TV channels, we do have Foxtel available in all rooms and it includes Fox sports 1,2&3 and other channels. I am sorry to hear that the Wifi wasn't working at night. I highly recommend for future stay to contact reception if any problem arise so we can rectify it immediately. Pros: every thing
Cons: microwave in room would be nice
Location: shopping centre and coffee shops train station
my stay was very enjoyable staff was very helpful and well manned and efficent

The Great Escape

Had a superb stay in the spa suite. This place is the place to go if you want to relax on east coast beaches, do some shopping (close to dfo and southland), head in to the city for sport and entertainment or just chill at the hotel it's a great all-round place in a great location.

Quiet, pleasant location.

Hotel was convenient for our function nearby. However some members of our large group had issues with cleanliness and availability to access rooms. Staff were actually still cleaning rooms at 6pm - most unusual in my experience.

Not that great, room was small, dirty & very noisy. Restaurant however was extremely good food.
