Great place to stay while visiting Melbourne.Posted Nov 26, 2015
Pros: Position and the fact it is self contained.
Cons: The foyer was untidy and on arrival smelt of stale food. Air con in rooms noisy.
Location: Able to walk to train, tram city center and great places to eat.
Close to trains, trams and only a few minutes walk to Victoria Markets.

Close to the heart of Melbourne, clean and modern.Posted Nov 18, 2015
Pros: The proximity to the heart of Melbourne. City Tempo is close to the centre of town, but far enough away that it is peaceful at nighttime.
Cons: I didn't experience any problems during my stay.
Location: Queen Victoria Markets, Federation Square, Bourke Street Mall, Chinatown, central Melbourne.
I would recommend City Tempo - I had a great stay! Located on Queen Street, it is a very short stroll to the famed Victoria Markets and either a short stroll to free trams on Elizabeth street to reach city locations (Bourke Street Mall, Federation Square, Collins Street) or an easy walk. I didn't spend any money on inner city transport across my 4 day stay! Alll the staff I dealt with answered my queries efficiently and in a friendly manner, and my room had a great city view and was very modern and clean.

Tidy little hideaway in Melb CBDPosted Nov 18, 2015
Great tidy little hotel in Melbourne CBD. Would definitely recommend for a single business traveller seeking a convenient location and comfortable, if somewhat compact, room for a couple of nights.

Local to shopsPosted Nov 18, 2015
Pros: The location and the staff were friendly.
Cons: Just the room service shouldnt be so pricey which probably cant be prevented as its an external company used for the food. And an aircon upgrade
Location: shops are a 5 min walk everything was really close by.
Hotel was neat and tidy and comfortable. Aircon was a bit loud and the shower wall is frosted glass so you can see the sillouette of someone showering while in the room which was fine for me and my partner but probably not for anyone else. Room Service was dissapointing we spend $53 dollars and got chips which looked like they were just from a local kebab shop and a burger. I would recommend going out to buy something decent. Even though i have said some negative things, i would defiantly stay again in the future.

Cons: Le prix ? haha
Aucun soucis à vous faire sur cet hôtel. Le service et le confort sont présent tout comme la localisation qui est vraiment appréciable.

Easy to access Melbourne's CBD and QVMPosted Nov 14, 2015
We had a very pleasant stay at the City Tempo Apartments. If windows are left open you can hear the noise from the street below and we where on the 19th floor. Rooms serviced daily and they had everything you needed

Nice hotel close to CBD but receptionist is terribPosted Nov 11, 2015
I only required one night car-parking on 6th of November during my booking. However, when I arrived on 4th of November with a late check-in, the concierge gave me a car-parking key straight away without telling me it will charge 21.50 per day. Also I didn't notice that self parking fee is 21.50 per day but I were happy with my required one day parking. But I felt unhappy to be forced to pay the first day's car parking which I didn't need to use. I wouldn't have accepted the car key on the first day. I had talked to reception and receptionist told me we gave the key to customers on the first day just because they change their mind all the time. I was furious I had a clearly required on my email only one night car parking. So I wasn't satisfied in this situation. And the receptionist forced me to pay two day car parking. It totally ruined my day. I was very happy to find a nice hotel nearby CBD. Nevertheless, due to this unhappy experience next time if I go to Melbourne again I won't stay at city tempo and won't recommend my friends to stay here too.

Nice place to stay for our 6 nights. The only down side would be the noisey air con units. Hallway area seems to have no air conditioning, would be quite uncomfortable in summer.
