Way to much Road noise, staff to hard to understand what they are saying, also we are a family of 4 and yes room had 4 beds but only 2 of everything in room like towels, cups, pillows etc so I had to go up and down stairs a few times to get extras for the kids 😩

The receptionist was very quick in calling a cab to take me from hotel to Dandenong Station. He knew exactly how much the ride was going to charge me and to get to Melbourne airport by SkyLine Bus. Good man- he has been to California also!

Excessive $200 bond
Expect to be charged a horrific $200 non-negotiable bond. That takes 5 business days to be refunded to you. Extremely excessive.

I was in the main building.The bathroom was beautiful and functional. The room and bathroom were spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean. There were some people staying in the rooms outside the main building who made me uncomfortable- they seemed to be on drugs. However, where I was in the main building I felt comfortable and safe.

Room was big enough & glad it was located in the main motel area. Staying with 2x small children & too many patrons staying in the units at the back of the complex that they dont need to associate with. Plenty of drunk people arriving at all times of the day. Saturday morning was woken by a domestic violence dispute that resulted in a man being arrested. 1 hour later 2x Ambulances were outside a unit

Avoid this place it’s scary!
Absolutely terrible tried to call hotels.com to see if we could change hotels but couldn’t get through, very unsafe place to stay with family crackheads running through carpack. It’s a half way house for the homeless not a private hotel, got to our room kids shoes on the floor the bed had been laid on went down and complained to the manager wasn’t helpful at all, gave me a new room which then smelt like bad BO, food for the homeless supplies in main reception at the front desk, so random people with smelly trollies are constantly in and out, definitely not worth $181 dollars, terrible experience

Within 10 minutes walk to centre of Dandenong. The restaurant wasn't open so it was necessary to go there to eat and get food.

We have always used Comfort Inn when we stay with our friends in Dandenong. The rooms have been refurbished but there was definitely something wrong this time with room 135. There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom drain & the air con cover was broken. To be honest I was also concerned about the people that were hanging around the car park asking for money & telling you they were homeless. This time I felt very uncomfortable. Don't think I will be back in a hurry.

Thought it was strange when a security guard was on front gate and told me to park in certain area because thats where the cameras where on 24 hours a day. Hoodlums riding around car park . Left early due to constant swearing fighting abuse towards a particular lady ,Rap music all heard from the inside of my room for hours. Felt unsafe had to leave and find another hotel. Front desk was extremely rude and would not give refund for night. Stayed in alot of places in my day , Hands down worst ive ever stayed in

Our friendly staff would try their best to solve your concerns straight away. Security had a conversation with you regarding where you can park your car. He was doing his job suggesting the carpark where he thought suits you the most. There were no incidents or noise reports on the night you have stayed. The cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the arrival date; therefore, the staff wouldn't be able to refund the room rate to you due to the policy between you and Last Minute AU. The staff did also offer you to change to another room, regrettably, you have turned down the option. I hope you will consider staying with us again. Will probably never stay here again. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was dirty brown water marks all over the basin and hairs left everywhere. (Pretty poor as we are still in a pandemic.) The Windows were broken, so we had to listen to people yell and scream all night. They opted to pay at the motel, but took the money out of my account beforehand anyway. Reception were also less than accommodating when I found out my surgery had been cancelled and no longer needed the room. I understand cancellation policies are in place, but they weren’t even the slightest bit empathetic about the situation. Will definitely be staying elsewhere next time.
