Any one or two-night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single-night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading. The swimming pool is unavailable until the end of April. If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise. You will not be disappointed with this property... Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex. An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is almost on your doorstep. Perched high up on the 20th floor, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment can sleep up to 8, with extra guests on foldup beds. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request. Bookings above 6 people will attract a nightly surcharge of $50 per person. The price quoted is based upon 6 guests. Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Four (4) sets of keys are available for your group's convenience. Should you need to use a port-a-cot, you must provide your linen. From time to time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. Feb 26, 2015 #### Great Stay at Sentinel 88 Stayed here with 5 other friends for a few nights in February and absolutely loved! Located so close to the city and Flinders station, Sentinel88 was a beautiful apartment for us. Roomy 3-bedroom apartment with great heated pool as well. Will definitely be back! ##### Aram R. Feb 1, 2015 #### Fantastic location This apartment was well stocked and supplied with everything you could want. It was perfect for our family of 8 (grandparents and older children). Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus as was the pool and gym. Being close & easy walking distance to Southbank, south Melbourne, the city and Rod Laver arena allowed us to cater for everyone's needs. Nov 19, 2014 #### 6 happy ladies! 6 friends celebrating a birthday in the city. We stayed one night but couldn't fault it. Had an absolute ball. Beds were comfy! Great location!
