Room was less than clean. Air conditioning didn’t work and staff was not very friendly about it. Didn’t want to do anything about it at first but we instead that they do something. Overall stay was disappointing. We have stayed at other Extended Stays before and were really happy with them but not this one.

Up grade

We originally had reservations at a different hotel, but after realizing the pictures were clearly misleading expedia was great at assisting us with this hotel. They allowed us to check in at 2 am. It was definitely an up grade. Very pleased with everything.

Didn't stay at hotel. When I arrived, no hot water

Pros: Front desk staff - Nick
Cons: Have hot water
Location: I was there for a business meeting.
Had to find another hotel because of the no hot water issue. Front desk staff said they wouldn't send a charge to Expedia and were nice about referring me to a nearby property.

Not as advertised!

Pros: Not much.
Cons: stop false advertising.
No breakfast just snacks, no hot water for four days, bed very uncomfortable. Had kitchen but no pots or pans to cook with useless.

LET'S DO IT AGAIN

Pros: Clean. No odor. Nice rooms
Cons: Breakfast..
Location: Everything..its right in a mall plaza!
I drove down from Orlando a week after Hurricane Irma. My arrival was later than I wanted it to be and due to the large demand for hospitality I was kind of worried about "room swapping" and/or "re-booking" (you all know what I'm talking about), this, however, was never an issue. It was as if they were just waiting on me to show up. What a smooth booking. They guided me right into what seemed to be a gorgeous mini apartment, I mean this was not just an oversized room. In any case they exceeded my expectations for that more than fair cost I was charged...I mean it thank you if you guys on the staff get to read this ..I will surely come back.

Good stay

Nick at the front desk made my stay. After a disastrous start, he worked things out and found me a new room. Everything smooth after that.
