Frank the front desk clerk was absolutely amazing and understanding of our situation with our other hotel being overbooked upon arrival Frank went out of his way to make us feel extremely welcomed and informed of when the coffee would be ready and what time breakfast would start. I will absolutely stay at a Fairfield or any Marriott hotel. Not to mention the room was extremely clean well stocked and the mattress and pillows we're so comfortable.

There were fans and dehumidifiers. These were run only during the day. I don’t know how they dogs it but there was no smell

Due to some of the reviews. before checking in I asked to do a quick walkthrough Anne the front desk receptionist was so pleasant and helpful she walked me through with assuring me if this doesn’t work we’ll look at another room. Both rooms were very clean. but I have to say our stay was very enjoyable clean room the breakfast was phenomenal plenty to eat and drink and had a peaceful sleep. Well done to everyone keep up the good work!

The exterior door was locked and required you to be buzzed in. We had a late check in due to traffic delays and at first I was irritated at it...but then after thinking about it for a few it made me feel that my family was safer. Good job. I thought the "incidentals" fee was unnessecary and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Comfortable and reasonable rate stay
The staff was great. We stayed there during Hurricane Nicole and were very comfortable. The breakfast in the am was great, not what I expected for free!!!

Great location, close to restaurants and movies, and highway. There were teams in the hotel and the staff took the time to let us know about them and assigned us a room far away from them. We never heard a peep! Nice breakfast provided. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
