Pros: the location
Cons: i would say maintain of what your standard is
Location: excellent place
For me our stay is memorable want to go back and stay longer and definitely highly recommendable

Apartment full of mozies

Pros: Nice view. Furnishings were nice. Secure place.
We arrived in to the apartment around 1230ambafter night out. The unit was full of mozies. They were biting me on my legs and hubby on his arms. ! It was horrible. We rang the night manager and he was nice enough to find us another apartment to go to to sleep in . It was 1am by this time. In the morning we had to move all our things across from the old apartment! Slot of homeless people outside apartments didn't feel safe.

spacious apartment slightly away from city central

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment
Cons: The cooking utensils in the apartment should be well cleaned. We found little food stain on the cooking pot.
Location: Slightly away from city central, like the peacefulness & calmness of the surrounding area
Convenient store downstairs of the apartment and the city circle tram bus-stop just at door step :)

Excellent location and appartment

Location is the only good point.

I booked 1 Queen bed+2 Single bed but get 2 Queen bed.When I ask for change,the lady said do not get this information from Expedia.After I insist,she called someone to ask .But even she get the correct answer,she kept asking whether it's obliged or in condition.Finally she gave me the new room after 20minutes.Not friendly. And I ask for 4 new towels the next day,the stuff gave me 2 after 2 hours waiting.

room perfect for what was needed, comfortable bed and apartment clean bars and restaurants on dock easy walking distance great convenience store and bottle shop on corner free city tram stop across the road staff efficient on checking in and out

サービスアパートメントなので、サービスなど無いに等しい。しかし、部屋は広くキッチンもあるので便利。場所柄静かだし自由度が高いので、そのような場所を求める人にはうってつけ。

Ordinary room and diffiiult hotel to find

Pros: The location is good for the Etihiad Stadium and the Docklands area.
Cons: Being allocated a room overlooking the harbour area
Location: A variety of restaurants, hotels are in the near vicinity as is the Etihiad Stadium and it is located on the tram line (not quite literally)
Took a tram from Southern Cross station to Docklands expecting to find the Grand Mercure Apartments but had great difficulty in locating them. Finally asked local restaurant and was directed to the Sebel Apartment Hotel where we discovered that the Grand Mercure did not exist as such and was included within the several apartment buildings managed by Sebel which was not of a concern to us. We were directed to one of the 5 ? apartment buildings and located our apartment which was on a second floor overlooking a busy road with trams and heavy traffic. The room was dark due to furnishings and colour scheme (mainly black and dark grey) and a little tired but with everything we needed including plenty of space. The balcony was unusable due to the proximity of the traffic and the poor outlook. It was also difficult to allow fresh air into the apartment due to the traffic noise. The apartment is poorly designed especially the location and operation of the door from the bedroom to the living area. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen contained all you need for a short stay even though we chose not to use them. The other concern was the location of the room adjacent to the building garbage chute which meant the smell of the chute flowed into the room entrance.
