Pros: Location & views nice.
Cons: Clothes rack old and falling apart. Air con Zoning not working so had to turn off overnight. Some of capping on balstrade peeling. Needs a tidy up
Stayed 2 nights after our cruise , upgraded to 12th floor for extra $30 , even though we already paid $230 per night. Thought pricing a little high for 1 bdrm rated apartment.

Central to everything by the free CBD TRAMS

We had a great 5 day stay here. Rooms were comfortable. Location central to everywhere by the free CBD Tram just outside the doorsteps. Only complaint is alrhough there's parking there, if required you need to pay for it!

Grand Mercure Apartment Docklands was a fantastic

Pros: The location.
Cons: No not really it was a fantastic room we had the only thing I would recommend is that the furniture is looking a little tired.
Location: The apartment was right near Eithad Stadium , Variety of Restaurants and Hotels, The Star Wheel, DFO and QV market.
The hotel room was very clean, furniture looking a bit tired asked for Queen and Double bed as advertised on your website but rec'd queen bed and two singles. The view was fantastic just ideal place for a weekend stay in the city to bring in the new year. Would recommend it to anyone. The 17floor was just fantastic for views etc.

Had to change rooms due to terrible cigarette odour. Staff at reception not helpful. Very hard beds.

Great Hotel Great Location

Pros: Modern, close to restaurants, trams and very comfortable beds. Great for families. Nice and big unit.
Cons: More information about where you check in ... bit confusing
Location: Restaurants downstairs. Trams outside which go back to Casino. Shopping a short walk.
This hotel is in a great location with trams close by. The unit has water views and very modern and clean and modern furnishings. Unit was excellent and very confortable. Staff were friendly where you check in. Lots of restaurants close by.

Fantastic location with amazing views

Pros: Location, views, cleanliness.
Location: The hotel was right at the docklands with easy access to many lovely restaurants and bars and only a 10 minute walk to the city.
This hotel exceeded expectations. We got a room on the 15th floor with views over the marina. The unit was very roomy and in fantastic condition. It had everything you could need, including washing powder so I was able to do a load of washing and have clean clothes ready for the morning. The unit was in great location less than 10 minutes walk to Southern Cross station.

Room is old and tired

Scratches all over the furniture, walls are in bad shape, furniture needs a desperate upgrade Totally unimpressed with the apartment and would not recommend it
