Fantastic hotel with very cool artwork and murals at every turn, a display of intricate collages create a gallery feel at the fabulous breakfast buffet. Comfy beds, convenient and quiet location, service friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here for one night on the 8th floor. Room was great very clean and modern. Staff were very good and very happy to assist any way they could. Will definitely stay here again.

The theme/vibe of this hotel was great with lots of creative artwork on the walls. Our room was very clean and tidy and with being on the corner had huge floor to ceiling windows giving great views of the street side trees that created an atmosphere of being within them.

We shared a room with twin double beds and were pleasantly surprised that the room didn’t feel cramped. We were on 7th floor overlooking Spencer St.

Staff at the reception received,welcome and see you off just like in our culture when we have a guest. They showed us where and how to get to car park, by taking extra step in stepping outside of the reception area and said goodbye to us outside the reception till we walk out of the main entrance. Very unique way of treating your guest in a hotel.

Don’t stay at this hotel. They took $349 unauthorised out of my account. Were very patronising and non- caring about this and I still haven’t been reimbursed. The room was too hot, stuffy and very small.

Excellent service from the hotel but I stayed in a room that was quite noisy, like a loud air-conditioned blowing all the time. The staff kindly moved me and although the sound was less in the second room, there is still a constant sound of a fan/aircon running. The pillows weren't particularly comfy either. However, the location was perfect for getting about and the staff were lovely and very accommodating.
