Good location to transport

Pros: Close to public transport
Cons: Provide sofa chair
Location: Restaurant. Public transport
Time to change the carpet. Provide duel water mixing tap and increase the size of wash basin

Thank you James for letting us know your experience. We are glad that you find our location is perfect for you. We do have some room with sofa chair and duel water mixing tap in most of the rooms. Simply contact our 24 hours reception we will try our best to swap you to that room. Our newly renovated rooms got bigger size wash basin and new carpet in it. Simply tell our front office staff, we will try our best to upgrade you (fees apply).

There was continual noise very strang

Was avarage accomadation very noisy but was very central to all facilities and transport was handy

Good location, clean room

Pros: Good location, quite access to Flybus, and go to airport within half an hour by Flybus. Easy to catch early flight.
Cons: Provide Breakfast earlier. We cannot enjoy the free breakfast since it starts at 7:00, but our flight at 8:00.
Location: Close to Southern Cross station, Flybus, shops.
Enjoy Free tram to go to Victory market and shopping center. Room has WIFI, hairdryer, iron, and TV. Clean bed and bathroom. Good experience with Ibis with friendly staff.

Cheap, Clean, Perfect

Pros: Everything. Size, price, location.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: It's Melbourne. You can work it out.
Close to King's Cross. The rooms are huge and cheap and should accommodate any reasonable human beings. We travelled as a family of 3. Quiet surrounds, polite staff and clean space. We could ask for nothing more and will be staying again. We arrived toward the end of the day, got the keys and were treated to a 'choose your own adventure' buffet breakfast. It was excellent for the price, and far nicer than many more expensive options. Staff were extremely polite and always responded to queries quickly and reasonably. If you're looking for a lovely view, look elsewhere (why are you on holidays???).

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Pull it down and start again
Rooms dirty. Cobwebs on every window. Hallways dirty. Lift only clean part.

Poor quality despite good location

The hotel location is excellent and convenient, and it is easy to find. But the hotel itself had multiple issues in our two nights stay - a broken elevator button which meant we couldnt actually get out at our floor, no hot water, a toilet that flushed intermittently, flaking walls and a dirty glove that was on the floor on our arrival. We did have one helpful staff member but another was rude and dismissive when my swipe card would not work to access the hotel facilities.

About no hot water we will let our maintenance manager to take a look, so does the toilet. We are sorry that you happened to a dirty glove upon your arrival. OK Budget Stay

Tired rooms in need of some attention. Dusting behind the beds is required. Otherwise OK as far as budget hotel goes.

Horrible

Bathroom walls were covered in mildew. Desk covered by the TV. Noisey.

Great location, close to the train/bus station

Thank you for putting me in a newly furbished room. It was a little noisey as could hear the nearby night club till 0300hrs. Shower good, quality of room good. Staff very helpful (thanks to York who welcomed me)

Our new windows are sound proof so if you close the windows would make the room quieter than before.

Close to transport but under renovation

Good hotel close to transport and food outlets. Pity tbey tried to put us in a newly renovated room right opposite another room that was being renovated with concrete saws being used dust flying everywhere and cords to walk over. We had to ask for aanother room which was not renovated but was adequate although rather tired
