Pros: Housekeeping daily from friendly staff. reception staff welcoming and helpful.
Cons: no free internet. Noisy air conditioning vent
Location: good location for theatres, Chinatown, Melbourne central, short walk to trams.
Good size 1 bed apartment. Clean and tidy. decent size kitchenette with all equipment. Great to have a pool, spa and gym. all in all value for money.

Wont Stay There Again

Posted Oct 24, 2016
Pros: It's in a good location in the heart of Melbourne's Chinatown. A short walk to good shopping, plenty of restaurants and public transport. The small gym is well equipped.
Cons: Aircon is set at reception. Walked in and the room was almost 30 degrees. Over the course of my ten day stay I called reception and had them reset the thermostat to cool at least 15 times. Promises to do so were often ignored and numerous nights I woke in an unpleasant lather of sweat. Reception staff even told me that if an adjoining room was reset it may effect mine and that they knew the whole system was antiquated and needed replacing. Two mornings (during unseasonably cold weather) there was no hot water for a shower at 7am. Replacement of free milk for coffee didn't happen unless a call was made and little things, like the hinged shower screen not operating and the inability to use the bathroom sink without the door being closed(because it constantly bumped you in the back) really irritated. No power points adjacent the bed or anywhere near the small desk made recharging a real chore and also impacted my desire to work beyond the battery capacity of my computer. Wifi was $10 per day - outrageous in this age and fortunately becoming more rare across better hotels.
Location: Chinatown restaurants, movies about 10 mins walk, Melbourne CBD shopping and theatres nearby.

great location, walk or tram all over city

Posted Sep 24, 2016
Pros: The spacious room and location
Cons: The only thing that we didn't like was the shower/bath. It was very easy to slip and I actually fell and have bruises all over my body and hit my head
The room was fabulous. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and had plenty of room in the lounge/dining to relax and unwind. .

這是一間有水準的酒店,附近有很多購物中心和食肆。出入方便。唯一是不包括 wifi 的使用。職員是非常友善和幫助他人。

Pros: Simple restaurant and bar. No frills, great staff and small menu. Everything we ate was really good.
Cons: Air conditioning in our room did not function properly (always cold). No result from contacting reception.
Location: Close to Greek and Asian eateries; not far to good shopping and public Transport and theatres.
Comfortably furnished, clean and spacious studio room. Well equipped for two with adequate equipment for eating in if required.

Great CBD hotel

Pros: For those who have kids who play Pokemon Go. There are plenty around, you do not even need to leave the room.
Cons: Ironing boards are a bit cheap.
To the point, beds are comfortable, soft pillows, decent sheets. Onsite parking very handy. Allsorts of restaurants really close and even a few options late at night. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was spacious with everything I required.
