Hi! Thanks for you review. Unfortunetly, there isn't much we can do about the noise from the metro, but we do offer free earplugs at reception. Sorry to hear about the heater, we will look into that.

Awesome to hear you loved your stay with us. Makes our team very happy and will be even more excited to see you next time! Sorry about the pillow, reception is 24/7, next time come and see us, so we can deal with it straight away! :)

Thanks for your review. To ensure rooms are cleaned daily. Our housekeepers enter the rooms from 10 am to 2 pm. First to make beds, service rooms and then the supervisor checks rooms to ensure high standards. If you do not like disruptions best to book a private room rather than dorm room. Thanks again

Unforetunately because of our outrageously good location we don't have much extra space. We'd love to have parking but being on the doorstep of all tram routes you should'nt really need it. Thanks!
