Great place to stay between flights

I stayed here for one night between flights. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was okay, although it could do with a bit of an update. The bed was very comfortable.

Very convenient to Melbourne airport - great place to rest up before onward travel and get over jet lag.

Convenient for a overnight for early flight out

We were at Sydney hotel and had to check out early due to my girls were terrified at the condition of the hotel. Parking lot were filthy and no elavator for us to go on the 2nd floor and no help for us either. Room was so small for family of four. What a dump. And when my kids saw our room at Park Roya room, their eyes sparkled. So happy to be there. And also, the manager gave my kids a complimentary breakfast the next morning. You guys Rock! Thank you

UNABLE TO GET REFUND. EVEN THOUGH DID NOT STAY AT HOTEL , DUE TO JETSTAR FLIGHT FROM TOKYO BEING DELAYED BY 9 HOURS. RESULTING IN ARRIVAL IN MELBOURNE AT 8 AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING.

Overnight airport stay

Pros: Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and good coffee. Easy walking distance from arrival and departure terminals even with a load of luggage.
Cons: All good
Location: Great for an overnight stay at the airport.
Arrived just before middnight, check-in was quick and efficent which was just what we needed after a10 hour flight. Room was clean but simply furnished with sufficient amenities.

As I was in the hotel from 10 pm on a Thursday until 9.30 am the following day I am not qualified to answer a number of the questions except to say that if it suited my travel arrangements I would stay there again.
