Hi Dion,Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your stay at Punthill Williamstown.I know we have spoken directly during your stay about your concerns however it is disappointing to hear that you were disturbed by the fire rectification works on Monday morning. Whilst it was certainly frustrating to be awoken by noise in the early morning, we did advise all in-house guests of the potential disruption, both in the welcome letter and on all booking engines/confirmations.Having said that, all works will be complete by 2nd December 2022. We have also noted your feedback regarding the cleanliness of the room and balcony of apartment 107 and have taken immediate steps to remedy this.We do hope you felt warmly welcomed by our reception staff upon check-in and we do hope you will stay with us again in the future.Best wishes,Kate - Super Host
