We have been going there for over 25 years ...some rooms are large and modern but most rooms are comfortable and spacious but we found moulds in shower room as there are no fans in the room .. Window handle that fell off And some one stole the Panasonic air con remote cover. So battery kept falling out We like the fact that it is close to my parents home ....service is always friendly Hot water us good Very old fashioned motel with touch of character for us okdies

Smelt very bad …possibly cigarette smoke. Was a bit dirty around it - noisy when other guests returned at 2 and 3.30 am. Breakfast unavailable - not in a great spot.

The motel was perfectly located for our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Appreciated the receptionist took the initiative to upgrade our room to be near other family members. Very thoughtful.

The room was a very good size, and the king size bed was very comfy. But the bathroom is a bit tired and you don't need the cold tap in the shower. And the aircon leaked....badly... onto the carpet and we had to turn it off. But it was surprisingly quiet even tho on a very busy road, and quite comfortable.

My room was very clean, well appointed and great value for money. Easy to access and plenty of safe parking (I was towing a trailer). The staff were very friendly. Great Pizza shop a short walk away.

Avery comfortable night’s stay as per usual. This has become our usual port of call when we need to come down to Melbourne from the Murray area. Always in good condition and good value as it’s in an area not far from family and friends.

Please never goes to this Rowville hotel, very dirty, Shower blocked , no room service , no one stay on the reception area. Front deck people very rude. I wont recommend this hotel at all.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Had a very enjoyable stay, with one minor irritation. That being a squeaky bathroom door. Some WD40 would come in handy (Room 3) forgot to mention it when leaving.
