I wanted a 10 am check-in with full day payment, and still they just threw in the policy card. They cannot allow check-in before 2 pm. Even though, I was ready to make a payment for a 10 am check-in. Had to book another hotel, as my situation was quite extraordinary. What a terrible ordeal, where is the never say no to your guests, and this guest was ready to pay even for a full yes. Nopp, silly policy enforcement cost them a customer never to book with them again.
