Close to shopping precincts, and other attractionsPosted Nov 18, 2015
Pros: The Hotel was clean, and close to everything we needed.
Location: On Chapel Street meant there was lots for us to do.
Our holiday did not start very well. When we arrived at the hotel at 1.00AM on the 13/11/15, we were informed that Expedia had made an error and there was no room available until 2.00pm that afternoon. We have already taken this up with expedia but feel that the hotel should have told expedia that if we were arriving at 1.00AM on the 13/11, there would be no rooms available. We then had to find another hotel in the city, extra cost to us, let alone the stress that we experienced. Very disappointed to say the least.

Lovely hotelPosted Nov 3, 2015
Cons: The hotel could hold travel cards for guests' use on buses and trams. The public transport system is very difficult if you in town a couple of days.
Great hotel, close to everything. Short taxi ride to the city. Big room, comfortable bed and good room temperature. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Close to lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

素敵なホテルPosted Oct 27, 2015

Good location for eating and tramPosted Oct 27, 2015
Ate out at lots of local places for breakfast and dinner, as we thought she hotel breakfast was a bit pricey and there was no restaurant in the evening. Lovely food everywhere we want. Good recommendations from Matt on the front desk. Room was excellent - spacious and comfortable. Nice swimming pool too. Tram to CBD takes 15 minutes and runs from about 100 metres from the hotel. Need to get a "myki" card to use it.

Loved the room furnishings and fill kitchen facilities. However, the mattress and bed base very old and needs replacing. Our room was over $400 a night and a suite. So to improved the experience update the bed. Room 319.

Stop spot, great room, close to shopping. The room was perfect for what we needed. Absolutely huge room that would be perfect for a 2 week vacation.

Great location, very cool hotel but...Posted Aug 20, 2015 on Hotels
Great hotel. Let down a little by a shower that ran cold and then very very hot. On the last day we didnt get any update on the tea/coffee/milk and bathroom products, which was a bit disappointing. We also found out after paying for wifi for three days that we could get it free by joining the free hotel club - good to know!
