It's unfortunate that the lobby does not stay open for more than 12 hours because were locked out in the middle of the night and had to repeatedly call 2 phone numbers for an hour and a half before they finally came to let us in. The continental breakfast left room to be desired. The milk was expired and lumpy. They told us that the air conditioning had gone out and that was……
