Stay away from this place and Hotel brand.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Sketchy, scary neighborhood.
Big mistake! Horrible staff; seemingly friendly, but actually deceiving, poorly trained, and thieves. Horrible internet (supposedly free, but not a single MBPS). Horrible food. Uncomfortable rooms (crammed spaces). No hot water. No power outlets. Horrible cable.

Nice outside appearance but hidden flaws

Pros: Some friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms with comfortable beds, good central location, and some friendly staff.
Cons: repairs and maintenance in the rooms.
Location: Piscilago water park near Melgar. Cafam.
I stayed there on 2 occasions. On the first stay breakfast was included and on the second stay I thought it was included until I paid the bill. The door to my room was damaged as if someone kicked it open from the outside. You could see the outside through a hole. The air conditioner was noisy and didn't cool the room enough. The shower on/off knobs were broken and would fall off, you needed to stick them on the stem to turn on/off the shower. The hotel staff that checked me in opened 2 occupied rooms at night before finding the correct room. I asked for wake-up calls that never happened. There were some staff. The buildings outside appearance is modern and the pools are nice.

Internet is terrible

Internet is free, which is exactly what it should be, because it is terrible. Television cannot be changed to English, all programs and subtitles are in Spanish

Nice Hotel, bad experience

Pros: The cleaning
Cons: The managing.
Location: Close to the down town there is a park called Piscilago, is a very nice water park and zoo, where you can expend an entire day enloying the pools.
The hotel is nice, good facilities, comfortable and clean rooms. In general terms the hotel is good, however I experienced a very disappointed situation with my family during check out. We booked the hotel trought Expedia and I got the confirmation E-mail with the rates I have to paid, terms and conditions which clearly said "Taxes Included". At the moment of the check out they asked me to pay more than the rate confirmed by Expedia complaining that the taxes was not included. Even when I presented the Confirmation from Expedia where clearly said Taxes Included. We expend 2 hours in discussion with administrative personnel of the hotel, including the manager who inclusive threat us with call the police. Very, very disappointed.

Can't find my reservation.

First they can't find my reservation then they said next day would be the different rate than expedia quoted and we booked. Restaurant closes at 8 pm.😟 Food is ok. No variety in drinks and only canned beer, no bottled.only one man who is nice and hard worker impressed by his efforts. Other staff average.😏
