“Recently refreshed property. Definitely get the "mom and pop" feel, in a good way. Rooms are not overly spacious, but very clean and functional. The heated outdoor pool was a plus and every staff member we ran into, ask how are stay was and if they could do anything. Short ride from the Elroy/Sparta trail and 10min walk to many food/drink choices. Will stay here again on our next trip to Sparta.”

“ Terrible experience male house keeper walk in while we where still in the room, we had just checked in our room he said he was doing a room check , felt unsafe do not stay @ this hotel”

“The room had a distinct smell , the carpet has not been cleaned in a long time and the flooring was very sticky. I couldn’t wait to be out of there, glad I only booked one night!”

“Baymont struck by lightening and caught fire the morning of our arrival..act of nature. Understandable. Our accomodation was moved next door to microtel. Same owner of both properties. Excellent staff. Clean room. We had in room spa suie booked at the property that caught fire, we were put in a standard 2 queen, we were grateful to have a room. Im not one to complain unless somethingbis filthy. The beds were the worst i have ever slept on. Ever. Anywhere. Thats a big negative at sn otherwise……

“They’re under a remodel so that was not counted against them. The pool was amazing for the kids and so was Moxies! We unfortunately were not in a recently renovated room but our friends were and it looked great! Ours was not bad though. Breakfast was good for us and it’s free so not sure why people gripe. Our frustration falls with the owners and their lack of communication and the lack of description in the rooms. We booked a deluxe after calling the hotel since the description was non-existent……
