Pros: Everything.. inside, outside pool. the bed was awesome, staff, cocktails at the bar.. all good.
Cons: Not that I can think of.
We could not have asked for a more comfortable, clean, organized and friendly hotel stay. Great job to all staff and management.

Pros: The Hostess at the Bistro was delightful, extremely warm and welcoming the entire time were there.
Cons: You have no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. A very poor situation. The condensation from the shower kept the ceiling dripping and the floor wet.
Location: We were there for interment of my brother at the Long Island National Cemetery.
The first impression was poor. My sister arrived before me and they front desk staff was rude. The room was guaranteed by my credit card authorization and they insisted on my sister giving them a credit card. Oh and by the way, my sister uses a walker and is challenged by every step she takes. There was no one at check in to assist with my bags when I arrived. I reserved two rooms and they gave me the key to the wrong room. I specifically called ahead to insure they had the right guest names for each room. When I entered the room, there was a dirty humidifier in the room. In adequate linens consistently a problem each day. With the last day over the top. The housekeeping person folded up used towels and shoved them in the space where new towels where to be placed. The closet door was separating. The Steak House restaurant service was poor at best for dinner. The service at the Bistro was not much better. You are short staffed! The morning of August 1 at 5 a.m. the fire alarm went off. There was considerable confusion. People were told to go back to their rooms and it went off an additional 5 times. We were told to leave our rooms and we did for the 4th time. We stayed in the Lobby for 1 hour with no word from management regarding the status of the emergency. We saw multiple guests leaving. We returned to our room so my sister could pack to catch her flight that morning.

Pros: It's very beautiful. I love looking at the pool from the Lobby.
Cons: Just keeping the pool cleaner and having towels more available.
Location: We just wanted to rest. The hotel is close where my parents are buried. I have brothers and sisters who live not too far. Republic Airport is nice.
I really enjoyed the hotel, as usual. The pools needed to be cleaner. I was in the outside pool and the vacuum went over my foot scaring me. Other than that....I didn't request a King Size Bed.....my fault.....didn't realize it till after I booked. So my husband were kind of on top of each other....which wasn't too bad except I snore....so I was right in his face.

Went out to LI for a 2 day wedding. There was some construction in the building on Monday which cancelled out any rest before Monday's wedding
