Memorial Day hotel

Main entrance trash cans filty, overfloaded during check In . We took our bag to the Room quickly ( We had happily stayed there in the past and didn't feel the need to inspect everything) and left to our party outside. As we returned on Memorial Monday at 1AM we noticed the room smelled horrible , the bathroom as well, no counter top and when we showered the head shower couldn't stay in place . Early AM we spoke to housekeeping and she thought the carpet was rotten . She agreed a 100% would speak to management and apologized . This was room 259 . As we left trash cans outside still overloaded . An embarrassement to HILTON . Spoiled our holiday

If booking for pool and jacuzzi then DONT!

Overall I must say it was a disappointing stay. Stayed a night for a Valentine's Day called an hr b4 booking to confirm if pool and jacuzzi were working and they assured it was.. We specifically booked just for that reason.. We were trying to get away for a lil being we live in the area and have a son that loves to swim .. When we got there the check in process took about 15-20 mins and the receptionist were not too friendly actually a bit rude. When we got to our floor there was a musky smell right when We got off the elevator (second floor) hallways reeked like wet carpet .. The actual room wasn't too bad but could of been cleaned a bit better.. Found hairs and marks in toilet ..we were just glad it didn't smell like the hall way.. First thing we did was get dressed and ready for the pool.., the pool area was pretty drafty and cool and pool water was fairly cool itself..when we called and asked b4 booking they said water was warm and area was heated..the jacuzzi jets were not working and water looked dingy and dirty No towels in pool area and as soon as the bring some down they would fly off the racks ..our 8 year old son of coarse still went in the pool but was freezing and wasn't able to enjoy himself.. We didn't even dare getting in because it was too cold. He ended up in the dirty jacuzzi most of the time cause atleast the water was warm there. The next morning he wakes up with crusty eyes and can't even open his left one. Dr said pink eye from jacuzzi! Never again!

Saturday night stay

We were in town for a party and wanted a place for a comfortable night if sleep instead of a long drive home. The hotel didn't disappoint, and we actually wished we had more time to spend there at the lobby bar or the steakhouse. Overall clean and comfortable. No noise issues and friendly staff.

My suite was great. Price was great! Booked for my 9 yr old's birthday but gonna reserve again just for a getaway for my husband and myself. Staff was excellent
