Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms. Front counter staff was very pleasant.
Cons: Restaurant staff Controlling noise during late night hours
Just stayed one night. The hotel overall was nice. Pretty noisy from the hours of 1-3am. Would have like the staff to control that a little better. The next morning. I had to stand with the two cups of coffee I was trying to purchase for ten minutes. While the staff left me at the register to answer phone calls.

This hotel is geared towards business and conventions but it is very pleasant. The reception staff are very helpful.

Horrible experience at the MarroitPosted Aug 7, 2015 on Hotels
No WiFi service in the rooms. Complained about it, nothing done about. Return to unmade at 2 o'clock in the Afternoon. Noisy guest at night. For the price I paid, not acceptable. I will never stay there again

Very clean and average price point. Employees were exceptional and very helpful. Only complaint is, because of the ability to have parties there it can be a little noisey at night.

Disappointed with no-show service ...twicePosted Jul 28, 2015 on Hotels
The service here was very disappointing. We ordered breakfast for ourselves and our one year old and waited an hour and it never showed. We called the front desk and they said it was on its way. Another half hour and a hungry little guy and nothing. We gave up and left. When we were checking out, the front desk said the bell hop was at our door to help us. Again never showed. We waited a while, even moved our stuff into the hallway, asked the front desk again. Nothing. We ended up carrying everything through the hotel to the car by ourselves - with the baby and his pack and play. Beautiful place but won't be staying there again.

good but a noisy barPosted Jul 27, 2015 on Hotels
The bar opens up to the atrium that that the rooms are on. It was great stay except for the party at the bar that could be heard throughout the hotel late into the night.

Slept on deflated air mattressPosted Jul 27, 2015 on Hotels
We requested a room with 2 double beds as we were traveling with 2 adults & 2 Tweens. All that was left was a king room. They then gave us 1 rollaway & 1 air bed, that deflated overnight while sleeping on it. The bellboy who helped get us everything was great, but the front desk was not as accommodating. The room was on the second floor right near confrence space, and since the wall was a set of glass slider doors to the shared balcony to the center of the hotel the noise level was high making it difficult to fall asleep. Besides the room. Access to the pool, which was smaller than represented in the pictures was not convenient. You needs to Epsom fro. One side of the hotel (elevators/entry) to the back though where they had tables set up for an event. Parking set up was also not ideal. Overall. This was the worst Marriott experience I have ever had for a price of $259/night.

Ok for one nightPosted Jul 25, 2015 on Hotels
Well, nice business hotel for a night in Melville. The restaurant is overpriced and there is an empty fridge in the room... You can buy your drinks (water, coke...) downstairs at a little shop if you like.

We stayed here because it was the nearest to the tournament. It was pricey for what it is.
