It's a decent Hotel. Everything was nice. Pool was clean, but a bit dated. Staff and Service was great!

Me & My daughter had an amazing time ! The breakfast was so good! And the Staff was very friendly & accommodating… the Front Desk was more then helpful with everything we needed & the Servers at the restaurant were so nice, we specially, loved the lemon and mint water by the front desk. It was so refreshing.

Nice place, but the food service is not From 11 Am to 11 pm like they advertised . We called for room service after being out all day for important business, when we came back to our room it was 10:30 when we called room service, and they said the kitchen was closed. So it clearly is false advertising. Everything else was nice.

Horrible customer service..
I booked 2 queen beds. They took the reservation. I checked in to that room on the Bonvoy app the night before. They said they would send me the key on my phone when ready. When I got to the hotel they didn’t have the room I had booked and checked into. The phone key didn’t work and they gave me one queen bed instead I want my money back!

Very pleased with the service: they allowed us to check-in early which made life much easier with two small children. The bar has a great selection. Food is okay, but a tad expensive. Rooms were clean and spacious, but the hallway noise was very audible inside the rooms. Would definitely stay here again
