The hotel was in walking distance to the convention center which was a plus. The ambience of the hotel felt dreary inside. We had problems with the card reader to get into the garage and hotel.

Easy stay, convenient clean with nice staff. Parking is a little industrial feeling but reasonable and convenient so this was fine with me. Had a view of the river which was nice! Great breakfast

All the staff was excellent and the breakfast was amazing! I loved that they had coffee/tea always available and even cookies. My room was cleaned very well. The only negative was the continual construction, the drilling was alot. It did stop at night.

Probably won’t stay here again. Staff seemed irritated and unavailable. Breakfast was good, but didn’t have bacon, (as advertised). Asked the cook if she would put some bacon out, and the housekeeper said no, we’re going to close soon. It was 8:57 AM, and they closed at 10. I said that’s over an hour. The cook then said she would have to prepare and it would be a while. She never returned. Went to the desk to check out, no one there for at least 15 minutes. No breakfast and long wait to check out with workers with attitude equals No return for me !!!! Never again !

This is a nice hotel to stay in when you need a get away, but all though I had next door neighbors causing noise but the hotel it self was awesome. Will be back soon🙂

Just an average stay with an average room. chair in room was old and dirty. Hotel needs updating. They did not advertise that they charge for parking. Great location. The staff were all nice and helpful.

Bathroom door didn’t shut and shower didn’t drain. I didn’t complain as I assumed they knew about the issues already. The door was an obvious issue. Breakfast was great! Staff was super kind and friendly. One staff member ran my backpack to me as I left it accidentally in the lobby! I really appreciated that!

We stayed here for the Liberty Bowl. It was close enough to walk to Beale Street, and the trolley was only a block away. The staff was friendly, and our room was great!

If you like a crappy attitude, stay here
Pretty much a rundown place people stay there per month not just per day. smells like dope pot everywhere. Not a very good down south welcome, feel. Most of the workers have attitudes. They forget if it wasn’t for the patriots they wouldn’t have a job. I would definitely go somewhere else.
