Rooms clean but that's all

Pros: Rooms, breakfast, secure parking
Cons: Receptionist didn't know what she was doing, building needs repairs, suspicious activity
Location: About 9 miles from Memphis,TN zoo. Some construction work nearby
Room nice and shower but saw some apparent drug activity outside and constant noise... if you stay in your room it's ok.

"Short" pillows in every room? 1/2 size pillows in full size pillow cases. No good.

Tough choice

Memphis was booked up for the Liberty Bowl so there was slim pickings for a place to sleep but we made due... The beds are a little lumpy the hotel has an aged look and feel to it and has that smell as well... if you're in a bind it's safe secure and not filthy but only if you're in a bind...

Cons: Better variety of hot breakfast. More than just sausage patties , and bisquits / gravy.
Location: Location is to secluded from restaurants / diners serving breakfast.
Staff was helpful with problems and giving directions to different sites.

Didn't stay their because I booked no smoking 2 double beds they didn't have my room available I drove all day it was 12:30 at night. At first they couldn't check me in because Expedia didn't send them confirmation and mt info by 1:30 after me calling Expedia I said forget I'm going elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Pros: Nothing...
I paid for this room for 2 nights in advance through Expedia and wished that i had not. For what i paid for it i expected a lot more than seeing missing tiles in the outside entry way and having towels so bare to bathe with they actually had holes in them. The front desk staff were ok but the staff that worked the breakfast area was very rude. although we did come down 15 minutes before breakfast was over she started pulling things immediately instead of asking or allowing us to get what we wanted before it closed. The environment of the hotel was just not what i expected for what i paid and i have no plans to stay there again.
