Warning: Nightmare Hotel

Hotel is currently undergoing renovation and repairs. Property is surrounded by security gate. I pulled up to gate and tried to summon front desk with no success. After 30 minutes of blowing horn and trying to summon someone's attention, a security officer manually entered a code and allowed me to enter property. Front desk clerk was more interested in texting or catching up on social media that I had to insist on being checked in. There was only 1 working elevator and the floor panel did not light up. It stopped on every floor to my floor 12 room. I got to see the 5 floors that were under renovation. I got to the room which had a strong musty body odor smell. The television was not receiving channel signals. I tried to call front desk and of course the telephone was not working so I had to ride the elevator back down to the lobby stopping at every floor to speak to the front desk clerk who obviously had little time to address my concerns due to having to catch up on what her friends had posted in Facebook about what they had for dinner. She promised she would send up maintenance to address my concerns. He probably did not get the Facebook posting or the text because he never showed up. I went to the restaurant and tried to place a food order and of course half the menu was unavailable. Expedia has a no refund policy or I would have left. I went back to the room to sleep in my musty smelling room, withno tv, and an uncomfortable mattress hoping to forget all about this night

Terrible

Worst place to stay .. run down rooms.. Extra charges, dirty, & cold

Can see where they are going

Location: There's lots of things in the area, but I wouldn't go walking around after dark. Hotel itself is gated and very secure.
A nice hotel that is undergoing renovations. The things that are done look good. It will be pretty nice when it's completely done. The spa products in the room are wonderful.

WONDERFUL hotel!

Pros: customer service and the toiletries
Cons: They were in the middle of renovations, so the hallways and doors were a little messy.
Location: One and Only BBQ!!!! SOOOO good!
The line of soap/lotion/sleep products they put in the room just made it for me! I wanted more to take home! It was the little touches like those things that made the whole trip for me. The front desk attendant when I checked in was super sweet and the bar tender that nice was WONDERFUL. amazing customer service!

Great experience.

Pros: The pool, the breakfast buffet, the view from my room and the lemon water in the lobby...
Cons: It seemed as if the hotel was under construction in certain areas. There should've been signs or something to let the guest know what's happening.
Location: Only minutes away from the airport and other eating establishments.
Loved everything from the lemon water in the lobby to the view from my 10 floor room. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff was very courteous. And had fun relaxing in the pool. And I was only minutes away from the airport which was perfect.

Dirty beyond belief

Pros: It was in Memphis where I needed a hotel.
Cons: Everything needs improvement.
Location: The hotel is NOT in Germantown or what is considered east Memphis. The hotel is in an area that is near nothing.
The hotel appears to be on the verge of closing. There is dirt, literally everywhere. I'm not talking about dust I'm talking about dirt. The hotel is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. When you arrive you immediately notice that the hotel is run down. and has the look of being worn out with no one trying to even keep the hotel clean. Lots of staff just no one is doing anything. When I got in the elevator there was gum on the floor. The gum was not new but had been there a while. The elevator also had liquids that had dried on the door panels of the elevator along with the walls and floor. The next day nothing had been cleaned and the gum was still there. The room needed cleaning. I looked at three different rooms and they were all are in the same condition. Floor needs vacuuming, dirt needed to be wiped from bathroom, overall dirty. All doors in the hotel have pieces of wood missing. I can't explain that. The whole hotel has been used up. There was a breakfast buffet. It was gross. I don't know how anyone can prepare bad scrambled eggs but theirs tasted spoiled. The vacant tables had the dishes removed but no one bothered to wipe the tables off. The seating was cracked, and in spots shows the stuffing of the chairs.

Near the airport. Twenty minutes from midtown.

Pros: It is a consistent experience each time I have stayed there. Breakfast buffet was nice, coffee stations were good.
Cons: It is not close to attractions .
Location: I went to Gus's Fried chicken about 15 minutes nearby. Good food. Good Service.
This hotel is off the beaten path. There is a Popeye's chicken and a Lenny's subs near by. The hotel does serve dinner but I did not choose to eat there. The room was large, clean and quiet. It is a simple choice. A good value for what I paid.

Great staff!! They helped me give my husband a surprise for his birthday. Everything needs to be renovated except the rooms, which looks like you've stepped into a totally different hotel when you open the door.

No Wireless

Pros: The car was safe
Cons: There was no wireless. I paid too much for a beat up room.
The hotel Condition is very bad. It is outdated. The rooms are very old. There was no wireless in our room at all. Don't pay a lot of money for this hotel, go stay at best western or motel 6.
