Friendly staff, up-and-coming finishes

The check-in was quick and the staff offered some nice choices for Memphis bbq. They were right, Corky's was authentic and delicious! However, when the wifi didn't work in my room, I was transferred to another customer tech support line that wasted 10 minutes of my life, with no wifi to show for it. The room finishes have only been partially updated so the hotel has the feel that it was really nice 15 years ago. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus: again, the staff was super friendly but the food itself was a bit too..."institutional".

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. I am glad that the staff was able to direct you to Corky's a popular spot. I assure you that we are working on the wifi issue and it is being taken care of. We are currently undergoing renovation and hope that once completed it will meet all of our guests expectations.
